Select Ireland Sugarpaste Supreme Silk IVORY 5Kg is a beautiful, pliable Sugar Paste that is easy to roll and apply. It also has a lovely natural vanilla flavour that is not too sweet and tastes as good as it smells.

It has a firmer texture, so it is perfect for deeper / tall cakes. In fact, it is ideal for decorating and craft-work, as it will not crack or craze even when used on challenging shapes and designs. 

In addition, this is a beautiful super smooth pliable ready to use sugarpaste. Just knead to activate the gum fully and you are ready to go.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.

Ingredients:

Non-Hydrogenated Shortening, Glucose, Emulsifier (E471), Isomalt, Guar Gum, CMC, Preservative (E202, E330) Vanilla Essence, Caramel Colour.
