We are selling this flour at price extremely cheap, due to high shipping costs if there are any damages please accept we will not offer any refunds. We will however do our best to ensure it is clingfilmed and bubble wrapped. We can not take any responsibility for the flour during its journey or its quality, we have checked everything before it left the building.
Please note the best before date is 26/27th February 2021, however there this is a best before date NOT a use-by date it is perfectly safe to use, I have also looked up a few things for your benefit, I do hope this information helps you for future use of storing flour.
1. Can you freeze flour?
For longer storage, or in a warmer climate, stash the flour in the freezer, where it can last for up to two years. The cold does not noticeably affect the texture, so you can easily scoop out just the amount you need, but let the flour come to room temperature before you use it for best results, especially when baking.

Please note: Due to the nature of the paper packaging of this product, the top seal is only very lightly glued by the manufacturer. We have decided to reinforce this seal by adding sellotape to the top seal from 30.11.2020.
